Strategi Pengelolaan Destinasi Wisata Berkelanjutan di Era Digital

Abstrak

Transformasi digital telah menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata berkelanjutan, terutama dalam merespons tantangan lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi di era pariwisata modern. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan destinasi masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kesenjangan literasi digital dan koordinasi antarpemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan destinasi wisata berkelanjutan di era digital dengan menekankan peran teknologi digital dan kolaborasi multipihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis SWOT digital untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, serta pemetaan stakeholder untuk memahami peran dan hubungan antaraktor dalam pengelolaan destinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan branding destinasi berkelanjutan, peningkatan akses informasi wisatawan, dan pembentukan perilaku kunjungan yang lebih bertanggung jawab. Namun demikian, keterbatasan literasi digital, infrastruktur teknologi yang belum merata, serta risiko ketimpangan akses masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam implementasi strategi digital. Pembahasan menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi berperan sebagai infrastruktur strategis dalam tata kelola destinasi berkelanjutan dan memerlukan dukungan kebijakan yang inklusif serta kolaborasi multipihak yang kuat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis dengan memperluas kerangka pariwisata berkelanjutan melalui integrasi dimensi digital, serta implikasi praktis bagi pengelola destinasi dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi pengelolaan wisata berkelanjutan yang adaptif di era digital..
